WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
• We are looking for “Pusue Client Managers” or “Hunters”. Someone that understand how to go out and find opportunity. Someone that is not afraid to pick up the phone and make a cold-call, do some networking, meet and greet potential clients at social events.
• The sales cycle includes discovery and deep dive introductory calls/meetings, identification of challenges, ability to build business cases, develop and facilitation of the proposal/quote process, budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships through selling tactics in order to obtain new sales and referrals.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO THE JOB?
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to create a positive buying experience; strong closing skills
• Ability to detect individual customer needs and clearly present key benefits of doing business with
• Self-motivation, strong work ethic, commission driven, career oriented
• Drive, persistence, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets/goals
• Ability to function independently in a team environment with little supervision
• Professional appearance and stable work history
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
• College degree preferred
