We provide outstanding experiences to our customers through field service support for office solutions that are powered by Xerox with a full toolbox of partners for printing, document solutions and workflow management.
We are currently searching for a customer oriented individual to join the ranks of our service team. As a member of the service team you will provide the best customer experience in the industry with your ability to listen to customer concerns, network and connect office equipment or troubleshoot existing hardware and mechanical failures.
Days are scheduled with new implementations and service calls. New hardware and solution implementations require a strong understanding of networking and connectivity, as well as an ability to train users on how to use and implement their new solutions. Service Calls require a great understanding of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and a willingness to use documented troubleshooting guidelines. Both require the ability to communicate, listen to customers, and fully understand their needs and problems in order to properly resolve them.
• Industry or IT experience is a plus
• A+ and Network+ Certifications are a plus
• Enjoy a fast paced ever changing environment
• Must have a clean driving background
• Must be able to pass a background check including: drug screening, criminal background check
