Administrative Assistant 

 

Candidates for this job must demonstrate proficiency in the following:

  • Strong organization skills in a busy office environment
  • Telephone customer support skills
  • Marketing support
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Windows operating system)
  • Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Quickbooks (billing, receivables, payables, payroll)
  • Ability to handle details accurately
  • Good at multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated Social Media proficiency (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)


Salary is commensurate with skill level and experience. 

This is a full-time position working 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

XETX Business Solutions is the Authorized Xerox Sales Agent for 8 counties in the Nacogdoches, Texas area and provides the following business services: 

  • Xerox Printers and Multifunction Copiers
  • Managed Print Services
  • I.T. Consulting Services
  • Managed I.T. Services
  • Hosted Voice Over IP Telephones
