$60,000 - $100,000 Salary with Commissions

We are looking for a strong team leader to help build and manage a sales team for our Asheville area. Industry experience is a must. We are offering salary plus commission. As an Authorized Xerox Sales Agent you have the flexibility of working for a local, independent business, plus the resources and proven solutions provided by Xerox, a world leader in technology. We will support your career growth with on-going sales training, qualified leads, and advanced sales tools.
Prepare and be accountable for agency outlook
Train and manage sales team
Travel with sales representatives
Provide feedback to the management team
Plan and implement strategies to market Xerox equipment and services to user and non-user accounts
Maintain a large base of qualified prospects through phone call and personal visit
Deliver an established number of Xerox proposals to clients on a monthly basis
Training customers and maintaining customer satisfaction after sale is complete
Demonstrate Xerox equipment and software advantages
Close business and ensure a problem-free install; provide after-sales support
Grow year-over-year sales results
