Job Title: Business Development Representative / Sales Associate

Job Location: Charlotte, NC

$30,000 - $45,000 Salary (Salary based on experience) plus a generous commission and bonus structure

We are seeking a Highly Motivated Sales Representative to join our team and further expand our business. This position is in Charlotte, NC.

The key is that we are seeking people with a strong work ethic and competitive spirit to help build our business. That is all you really need. * Prior Sales Experience is preferred though it is not necessary. *

(Prior copier industry experience would be preferred but is definitely not necessary)

The Business Development Rep / Sales Associate responsibilities will include:

- Must have the ability to cold call potential new customers

- Competitive nature and a strong desire to win!

- Professional / Articulate in nature

- Market Xerox equipment and services to new and existing customers

- Maintain a large base of current and prospective customers through phone calls

- Set up appointments

- Ability to respond promptly to needs and concerns of all customers and prospects

What your responsibilities will be:

• Develop new relationships through cold-calling and door-to-door prospecting

• Use outbound telemarketing to generate leads and create relationships

• Identify the needs of customers and market Xerox products and services

• Promote Xerox equipment and software advantages

Compensation and benefits:
