JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Care Specialist and Recruiter’s main priority is promoting a positive public image for Morris Business Solutions.  In promoting Morris Business Solutions, they will also be responsible for identifying and bringing in talented professionals to fill a combination of new and vacant positions by proactively sourcing candidates for all open positions.  As customer care is an important part of public relations, this position will focus on making sure all current customers are satisfied. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be very good at communicating
  • 2 or more years of recruiting and/or marketing experience in a high growth, high volume, team-oriented environment; Previous experience in the sales industry highly desired
  • Strong computer skills and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, conscientious individual who is detailed and organized
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure; Commitment to results and solutions oriented
  • Strong social media and internet communications skills
