Pre-sales support and network installations of Xerox multi-functional devices and software solutions.
Customer training for Xerox multi-functional devices and Xerox solutions.
Support account managers in sales cycles of office solutions (engagement, analysis, presentation, demonstration, & implementation) involving computer network infrastructures for customers.
Work with customers’ IT personnel to optimize workflow.
Assist with identification of incremental revenue opportunities and value-added services.
Plan, implement, and troubleshoot computers and network systems for customers.
The typical work day starts at 8:30 and ends at 5:00. There will be days you may have to work earlier and some days you may have to work later. If the schedule permits, you may come in late or work from home to compensate for the extra work time.
You can expect to drive up to 600 miles (rarely that high) in a week in some locations, depending on territory and future growth. This is fully compensated by paid mileage on a monthly expense report.
In most cases you will visit on-site to install Xerox equipment onto customers’ networks and give the customer training (i.e. scan to email, scan to folder, print, copy and fax).
You will also do remote troubleshooting with customers, as well as on-site as needed.

Experience as a network analyst, network consultant, and/or network administrator.
Information Technology Bachelors or Associates Degree, or equivalent experience.
Network certifications are a plus.
Computer repair experience is a plus.
Must be professional, friendly, polite and tactful with customers at all times.
Must be self-motivated and proactive.
