Who you are
Able to work in a professional environment.
Previous parts management experience preferred.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products.
Able to create purchase orders to fulfill technician requests and replenish technician car stock.
Create purchase orders and transfer orders daily by a time deadline.
Record arrival of transfer orders/fulfill transfers, as needed.
Update item records to reflect substitute parts.
Able to back up Purchasing Assistant as needed.
Add new part numbers into E-Automate, as needed.
Available Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and willing to work overtime if needed.

Compensation: $17.50 - $19.50 hourly.
