Compensation: Salary + Commission (with no commission caps) with a potential for a 200k+ annual salary.

We are looking for a top sales person who understands what it means to build relationships and close business. Candidate should have a winning attitude, high motivation for personal success, a professional image, and above average computer, communication, and presentation skills.
Sales Manager Responsibilities include:
Plan and implement strategies to market Xerox equipment and services to new and existing customers
Maintain and update sales manager targeted CTI) prospect list in MP (must create prospects in MP for accounts to be listed on prospect report)
Bi-Monthly CAD meetings with your Account Executives and Specialists
Meet or exceed your revenue and profit targets
Review sales representative requirements and ensure they have been completed
Demonstrate Xerox equipment and software advantages
Grow year-over-year sales results
Sales Manager Qualities:
Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
Strong communication and closing skills
Ability to cold call
Excellent work ethic
Active listening skills and probing abilities to effectively qualify customer needs and define their requirements
Ability to respond promptly to needs and concerns of all customers and prospects
Ability to source and contact decision makers to arrange meetings to sell and promote document solutions equipment and services
Planning, organizational and scheduling skills to ensure the achievement of revenue goals in a time-efficient manner
PC Skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Degree preferred, but not required
