Ideal candidates will bring a steady work history of enabling business growth and driving personal income by building relationships and closing business.  The territory covers accounts in the LA/ San Fernando Valley area, where you’ll sell award-winning hardware, software, apps, managed print and IT services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and implementing strategies to market Xerox & 3rd Party Solutions and DCS services to user and non-user accounts

  • Articulate & position Xerox Products, services & solutions to key decision makers

  • Aggressively pursue competitive accounts- differentiate Xerox & DCS from competitors

  • Proposing & closing sales that achieve total revenue growth, profit & customer satisfaction

  • Managing entire sales cycles (from prospect qualification to close) across customer accounts, engaging specialists as needed

  • Sustaining sales activities: appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, & database updates

  • Maintaining a large base of qualified prospects through social media, phone calls and in-person visits

  • Consistently Deliver an established number of Xerox proposals to clients- on a monthly basis


Qualifications:

  • Previous Xerox or competitor experience is preferred.   Sales experience including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus

  • Professional appearance, excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills and ability to succeed in a competitive environment

  • Strong ability to ask for the sale and follow through with attention to detail

  • Excellent Time Management and Discipline to maintain daily revenue-producing activities

  • Ability to successfully & independently manage a sales territory

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
