We are currently searching for customer oriented individuals to join the ranks of our service teams. As a member of the service team you will provide the best customer experience in the industry whether you’re implementing new hardware or fixing an existing issue.
Days are scheduled with new implementations and service calls. New hardware and solutions require a strong understanding of networking and connectivity, as well as an ability to train users on how to use their new solutions. Service Calls require a great understanding of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and a willingness to use documented troubleshooting guidelines. Both require the ability to communicate, listen to customers, and fully understand their needs and problems to properly resolve them.
· Experience in Customer Service
· Eagerness to grow into a great career
· Industry or IT experience is a plus
· Mechanical and/or electrical skillsets
· Enjoy problem solving
· Must be able to pass a background check including: drug screening, criminal background and driving history
