$35,000 to $45,000+ a year based on experience

The Service Technician's responsibilities include supporting document solution products sold and/or supported by Morris Business Solutions. These products could be from various manufacturers and may be comprised of hardware, software or a combination of both. By helping in various territories as dictated by call queue or requested by Service Manager.
Perform preventative maintenance and repair on a full line of network connected and stand-alone multifunctional copiers, printers, document handling equipment.
Manage and maintain accurate parts inventory.
Responsible for focusing on individual key productivity objectives including, response times, callbacks, incompletes, first call efficiency, accountable time, efficient parts usage and complete approx. 4 calls per day.
Be prepared to travel to any MBS territory as needed or requested by management.
Inform responsible manager of any customer complaints, dissatisfaction, and/or sense of diminished customer service level.
Triage service calls for a phone resolution before providing on-site service.
Conduct break fix support as required.
Perform PM’s as required.
Gather meter reads for any MPS/Manual customers as needed.
Maintain company vehicle
Participates in training and development opportunities as necessary.
Promotes the FM Audit App to all customers without the App Installed.
Convey a high level of professionalism and efficiency to minimize customer anxiety and maximize customer satisfaction.
Effectively communicate with all Morris Business Solutions departments and employees to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
May be required to work outside normal business hours during evenings as needed to ensure departmental goals are met.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Minimum of 2 years of direct related experience. Xerox experience desired.
Manual lifting up to 50 pounds.
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Products and internet
I.T background especially with set up of devices on a network.
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management.
Critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving.
Strong customer relations skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintain a clean driving record.
